14-17 June 2019: Land Rover Family Club Event @ Lebanon Citrus – Clanwilliam
Magnificent campsite! Large and spacious! Lovely green grass! Ablutions a bit of a walk, but decent and clean. There are older ones and a newer set which has toilet, shower and basin in wooden “wendyhouses”. The ablutions are all across the other side of the airstrip.
Fortunately our club were the only ones booked here – so perfect for our noisy bunch!!
The Landrovers had a great time 4×4-ing and helping each other out of sticky situations 😊
We also did a bit of driving in Cape Nature’s Matjies Rivier Nature Reserve – the Stadsaal Cave is breathtakingly beautiful. I love the Cederberg.
Sion and I also took the turn off to KromRivier Cederberg Park which is well worth the drive down into the valley which is the home of Nieuwbrew craft brewery with a lovely restaurant and farm stall.
